為增強(qiáng)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力,形成內(nèi)部共識(shí),促進(jìn)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)同合作,2023年4月1日,廣州暨大港澳子弟學(xué)校(ASJ)迎來(lái)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)日和教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)專業(yè)培訓(xùn)日。

勞逸結(jié)合,增強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力

可靠的教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)有助于學(xué)生建立良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí),理解自己學(xué)習(xí)者的身份。圍繞著這一主題,4月1日上午,ASJ教學(xué)、行政團(tuán)隊(duì)成員以“忠”“信”“篤”“敬”,四大學(xué)院為單位分組比賽,展開(kāi)了一場(chǎng)饒有趣味的探究之旅。
ASJ依據(jù)定位“暨大本色,灣區(qū)底色,港澳特色”綜合了暨南大學(xué)校訓(xùn)組成四大學(xué)院,吉祥物分別是大熊貓、白鰭豚、藏羚羊和丹頂鶴。配合廣州暨大港澳子弟學(xué)校教育理念“仰望星空,俯瞰大地,萬(wàn)物同根”,成員們將創(chuàng)造出一加一大于二的價(jià)值。
通過(guò)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)活動(dòng),帶領(lǐng)ASJ教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)團(tuán)隊(duì)的整體優(yōu)勢(shì)和優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ),同時(shí)起到放松壓力、勞逸結(jié)合的效果。

強(qiáng)化五大類別學(xué)習(xí)方法
教學(xué)指導(dǎo)方式
在下午的專業(yè)培訓(xùn)中,ASJ小學(xué)部各科組的老師們互相學(xué)習(xí),交流,并整理了關(guān)于ATL在各學(xué)科教學(xué)過(guò)程中的充分運(yùn)用。
Approaches to Learning,簡(jiǎn)稱ATL,意為學(xué)習(xí)方法。IB教學(xué)中,注重對(duì)學(xué)生ATL(五大技能)的培養(yǎng),這五大技能分別是:自我管理技能,思考技能,研究技能,溝通技能,社交技能。
通過(guò)培訓(xùn)和分享,教師進(jìn)一步思考了如何從ATL的角度切入,從而設(shè)計(jì)整個(gè)融合單元。在教學(xué)過(guò)程中,教師們也將更加注重以學(xué)生為中心,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生通過(guò)探究線索,逐步從學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)中習(xí)得知識(shí),以探究的思維學(xué)習(xí)和思考。

“學(xué)會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)的方法”
在IB MYP中ATL學(xué)習(xí)方法( Approaches to Learning) 在教師和學(xué)生的教學(xué)與學(xué)習(xí)中尤為重要。ASJ初中部在專業(yè)培訓(xùn)工作坊中,重點(diǎn)聚焦從教師教學(xué)角度出發(fā),通過(guò)多種實(shí)操互動(dòng)讓教師理解如何利用各種工具與途徑教授ATL技能,從而運(yùn)用于課堂實(shí)踐,促進(jìn)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐與理解。
如果把傳統(tǒng)的“知識(shí)點(diǎn)教育”比作“授之以魚(yú)”,那么作為貫穿整個(gè)國(guó)際文憑項(xiàng)目學(xué)科組的主線ATL即為“授之以漁”,為學(xué)生的自主學(xué)習(xí)提供基礎(chǔ)方法,幫助他們學(xué)會(huì)如何去學(xué)習(xí)。學(xué)生通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)五大技能,有助于他們掌握“學(xué)會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)的方法”,并發(fā)展熱愛(ài)終身學(xué)習(xí)所需要的自覺(jué)與技能。

交流學(xué)科展望
全力沖刺DSE
ASJ高中部在專業(yè)培訓(xùn)中,主要集中在各個(gè)學(xué)科負(fù)責(zé)人進(jìn)行學(xué)期總結(jié)和學(xué)科展望,從總結(jié)中可以看到各科組對(duì)于學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的重視和培養(yǎng)。
中文科對(duì)于早讀和晚修自測(cè)的訓(xùn)練和跟進(jìn),及時(shí)的回顧能夠盡可能讓學(xué)生所學(xué)即所獲,對(duì)于重難點(diǎn)的復(fù)習(xí)也有助于學(xué)生對(duì)內(nèi)容和考題的熟悉。
數(shù)學(xué)和理科組強(qiáng)調(diào)分層的重要性以及培優(yōu)工作的開(kāi)展,對(duì)于有潛質(zhì)的學(xué)生進(jìn)行深化教學(xué)和練習(xí),讓學(xué)生盡可能發(fā)揮自己的潛力,同時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)理科的背誦能力的重要性,要求學(xué)生對(duì)基礎(chǔ)要有牢固的根基,通過(guò)記和練,高強(qiáng)度的課業(yè),讓學(xué)生提前感受考試的壓力。
英語(yǔ)科同樣對(duì)于學(xué)生的全方位培養(yǎng)提出科組的有效教學(xué)方式,如聽(tīng)力能力的反復(fù)高強(qiáng)練習(xí),培優(yōu)學(xué)生的專項(xiàng)練習(xí),同時(shí)也強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)科協(xié)助的重要性等。
在總結(jié)過(guò)程中,老師們對(duì)于學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)情緒,心理狀況,學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度等,也通過(guò)學(xué)科展示的方式與大家分享,提出自己的見(jiàn)解。最后學(xué)部主任周曉鵬對(duì)于老師們?cè)诮虒W(xué)中的困難,疑惑進(jìn)行解答,以及從教師“工作與責(zé)任”的概念上進(jìn)行解析和探討,表達(dá)自己對(duì)教師的理解,對(duì)學(xué)生的重視,給高中老師給予厚望,希望大家能夠在接下來(lái)的日子里用心育人。
育人的意義在于引領(lǐng)學(xué)生成為追夢(mèng)者,ASJ教學(xué)、行政團(tuán)隊(duì)的有效搭建,旨在筑牢學(xué)生的理想信念之基,引導(dǎo)他們立志于用所學(xué)、所長(zhǎng)服務(wù)國(guó)家、民族和人民的事業(yè)中,立志成為擔(dān)當(dāng)民族復(fù)興大任的時(shí)代新人。

Reinforce the Five Categories of
Learning Methods
During the professional training on the afternoon of April 1st, teachers from ASJ Junior School learned from each other, exchanged ideas, and compiled the full use of ATL in the teaching process of various subjects.
Approaches to Learning, or ATL for short, means learning method. In IB teaching, attention is paid to the cultivation of students" ATL (Five Skills), which are: self-management skills, thinking skills, research skills, communication skills, and social skills.

In the IB MYP, the ATL approach to learning is particularly important in the teaching and learning of teachers and students. On April 1, ASJ Middle School held a professional training workshop focusing on how to use various tools and approaches to teach ATL skills from the perspective of teachers, so as to promote students" learning practice and understanding.

Exchange the Outlook of
the Discipline
In the professional training on April 1, ASJ High School mainly focused on the semester summary and subject outlook of each subject leader, from which we can see that each subject group attaches importance to and cultivates students" learning habits.
In the process of summarizing, teachers also shared their views on students" learning emotions, psychological conditions, learning attitudes, etc. through subject displays. Finally, the head of the department, answered the difficulties and doubts of teachers in teaching, and analyzed and discussed the concept of "work and responsibility" of teachers, expressed his understanding of teachers, attached importance to students, and gave high hopes to high school teachers, hoping that everyone can educate people with heart in the following days.
The effective establishment of ASJ"s teaching and administrative team aims to build a solid foundation of students" ideals and beliefs, guide them to serve the country, nation and people with what they have learned and strengths, and aspire to become new talents in the era of national rejuvenation.
