Open Day in Review 開放日回顧

The Open Day at ASJ (Dongguan) on April 8th was undoubtedly a successful, professional and impressive event. The event began with the arrival of the Alumni Association of the Greater Bay Area of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the opening speech by the Chief Principal, Mr. Jonathan LAI, who extended a warm welcome to all the guests present and shared the vision of ASJ (Dongguan) and its mission to provide quality and diversified learning opportunities for Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and international students.

東莞暨大港澳子弟學校4月8日的開放日毫無疑問是一場成功的、專業的、并且讓人印象深刻的活動。活動在香港中文大學粵港澳大灣區校友會校慶交流團的到訪以及總校長賴炳華先生的歡迎致辭中拉開帷幕，賴校長向在場全場來賓致以了熱烈的歡迎，并分享了東莞ASJ的辦學愿景以及為港澳臺僑及外籍人員子女提供優質多元化學習機會的使命。

In addition to the Chief Principal’s opening speech, during the presentation, each department gave a briefing on the theircurriculum, electives, and all aspects of student life on campus, which gave parents a comprehensive overview of our school.

除了總校長的精彩致辭，在接下來宣講會過程中，各個學部分別進行了教學說明，向家長全面介紹了學校的課程體系、選修課情況以及學生的校園生活的方方面面，讓家長們對我校有了更清晰的了解。

The “Demo Classes” was also one of the highlights of this event. The classes were a realistic reproduction of our school’s daily teaching, allowing the students and parents to step into the classroom, interact with the teachers and experience authentic ASJ teaching.

本次安排的體驗課堂也是活動的一大亮點，課堂真實還原了東莞ASJ的日常教學，讓到場的孩子及家長能夠走進教室，與學校教師近距離互動，感受學校原汁原味的教學氛圍。

We sincerely thank all the families who participated and made this event so wonderful! With past successes, we would also like to invite more families to participate in our next Open Day and Admissions Examination on May 1st, where parents and children can have a meaningful day exploring ASJ (Dongguan) together.

我們真誠地感謝所有家庭的參與，使得這項活動如此精彩。在過往的成功經驗下，我們還想邀請更多家庭參與我們5月1日的校園開放日活動以及入學測試，讓家長和孩子一起在探索東莞ASJ的過程中度過充滿意義的一天。

Examination Arrangement

╱ 入學考試安排 ╱

*Paper tests are NOT required for the Students from Foundation to Grade 1.

托班至一年級的學生無需參加筆試

*Examination Fee for Grade 2 to Grade 12 students：RMB 500 (cannot be transferred or refunded)

二年級至十二年級的入學考試需收取考試費人民幣500元（不轉讓、不退還）

*The second interview will be scheduled on another date, details will be issued in due course.

第二輪面試日期會在學生通過第一輪考試后另行通知

Eligible Students

╱招生對象 ╱

1.School-age students from Hong Kong and Macao: required Hong Kong or Macao permanent (non-permanent) identity card, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, or Residence Permits for Hong Kong and Macao Residents.

1、香港、澳門籍適齡學生：持有香港或澳門永久性（非永久性）居民身份證、《港澳居民來往內地通行證》或《港澳居民居住證》

2.School-age students from Taiwan: required Taiwan identity card, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, or Residence Permit for Taiwan residents.

2、臺灣籍適齡學生：持有在臺灣居住的有效身份證明、《臺灣居民來往大陸通行證》或《臺灣居民居住證》

3. School-age international students: required passport or certificate of Permanent Residence (Green Card).

3、外籍適齡學生：持有外國護照或永久居留權證明（綠卡）
