ISA Liwan"s Boarding Tradition – The Boarding Dinner, held on the evening of March 22, 2023. At the dinner, the principal, teachers, boarding team and boarding students enjoyed a time of connecting together. The theme of the dinner was the culture and tradition of Italy and Ancient Rome.

愛莎荔灣的寄宿生傳統(tǒng)—寄宿生晚宴， 于2023 年 3 月 22 日晚舉行。以意大利文化與傳統(tǒng)為主題，宴會(huì)上，校長(zhǎng)、老師、寄宿團(tuán)隊(duì)與寄宿學(xué)生共進(jìn)晚餐，度過(guò)了一個(gè)精彩、難忘的美好夜晚。

In addition to the Italian paintings, Principal Mr. Michael, the Head of ISA Liwan International School and Co-head of ISA Wenhua Liwan School shared his stories about Italy and the “Legends of Rome”. Mr Michael also explained Italian coffee culture and the ancient legend of Rome, which gained a lot of laughter and applause. It is commendable that we also invited three students from his IGCSE History class to translate for sharing.

除了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)展示的意大利畫作，廣州荔灣愛莎外籍人員子女學(xué)校校長(zhǎng)、廣州荔灣愛莎文華學(xué)校聯(lián)席校長(zhǎng)Michael先生聲情并茂地分享了他在意大利的有趣故事，其中“卡布奇諾與拿鐵”一事更是引起在場(chǎng)各位的共鳴；除了和意大利結(jié)下的有趣情緣，Michael校長(zhǎng)還為我們?cè)忈屃肆_馬的古老傳說(shuō)。爾后更是笑聲不斷，掌聲不絕。值得嘉獎(jiǎng)的是，此次Michael校長(zhǎng)的分享還邀請(qǐng)了3位來(lái)自不同年級(jí)的學(xué)生進(jìn)行同步翻譯。

The dinner started in a relaxing atmosphere. Everyone tasted the delicious food, shared interesting stories about campus and talked about their growth. The boarders genjoyed the delicious food(Starter: Sliced Buffalo Mozzarella with Tomato and Basil, Mains: Italian Beef Roll, Dessert: Tiramisu…)and deepened their understanding of each other, enhancing the collective cohesion of the ISA boarders" community.

西服長(zhǎng)桌窗帷，晚宴在輕松快樂(lè)的氛圍中開始。大家品嘗著可口的美食佳肴（前菜：馬蘇里拉芝士球番茄羅勒葉，主菜：意式牛肉卷，甜品：提拉米蘇蛋糕……），分享各種校園趣事，趣談成長(zhǎng)歷程。學(xué)生通過(guò)晚宴，互相認(rèn)識(shí)與交流，在享用美味佳肴的同時(shí)也促進(jìn)并加深對(duì)彼此的了解，大大增強(qiáng)了愛莎大社區(qū)的集體凝聚力。

From the sharing between the principal and students to the traditional Western dinner etiquette, everyone was immersed in the multicultural environment, sharing each other"s stories and experiences. The warm Formal Dinner bridged the gap between students and teachers, and everyone toated to celebrate the success of the dinner in a relaxing and harmonious atmosphere. Although the time was short, this special dinner will definitely leave a deep memory of the students. This is the strength of the tradition of the dinner for boarding students at ISA Liwan.

從校長(zhǎng)和學(xué)生的交流分享再到傳統(tǒng)西餐的晚宴禮儀，大家沉浸在多元文化環(huán)境里；在長(zhǎng)桌下的傾聽和交談，分享彼此的故事和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。溫馨的寄宿生晚宴為師生們架起了溝通的橋梁，大家舉杯慶賀，在一片輕松和諧的氛圍中，本次晚宴圓滿落下帷幕。晚宴雖然短暫，但這場(chǎng)特別的晚餐，定會(huì)在同學(xué)們的心里留下深刻的記憶。這恰恰正是愛莎荔灣的寄宿生晚宴傳統(tǒng)的力量。
